Phacoemulsification in the Traumatic Cataract Part 2

A detailed video and commentary on the approach to phacoemulsification for a cataract resulting from blunt trauma.  These cases present more challenges than the usual cataract surgery due to lens-capsule-zonule complex instability.  The video includes discussion on the use of vision blue for anterior capsular staining, iris hooks in the iris and CCC, capsular tension ring insertion and use of the toric IOL.
